Apply with a cotton pad.  Pump 2-3 times for the desired amount of fluid. Gently press and hold cotton pad to closed eyes for 5 seconds, paying particular attention to the eyelashes. Then gently stroke cotton pad in a downward motion to remove all traces of makeup.
