When will I receive my order?
All orders are processed within 24 hours and ship via UPS mail from California to anywhere in the US. The delivery time will vary based on where in the U.S. you are located, but should take between 4 and 10 business days (?). Please refer to our Shipping Calculator to get an idea of how long it will take.
What if I live outside the US?
Sorry, we do not ship internationally at this time.
How much will it cost?
Shipping charges vary based on the volume of your order. Smaller orders are approximately $7.00 and larger orders will cost about $14.00 but these rates are simply estimates and will change according to your order size. Please refer to our Shipping Calculator to get an idea of how much it will cost.
What if I have a very large order?
We truly appreciate your business. So, to say thank you, we are pleased to offer FREE shipping on orders over $100!

DermaMinerals Return Policy
Returns will only be accepted on defective products. No other returns are accepted without authorization from DermaQuest™ Skin Therapy. Products will need to be unused and returned in their original packaging. Shipping & Handling is non-refundable.
If you have experienced a problem with your order (i.e. damaged or defective products, shortage of products) please notify us within 14 days of receipt of the order.
Contact us at 1-800-213-8100 to obtain a return authorization code for your return and to obtain return shipping instructions.
Please note that all returns will have to be sent to DermaQuest™ Skin Therapy directly and will not be accepted at any of our retail locations.
